Need a kid-free Saturday so you can get your Christmas shopping done? We’ve got you covered!
Drop the kids off for a special edition, four-hour holiday event designed to give you plenty of uninterrupted time to finish your Christmas shopping, wrap gifts, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening out.

The evening will be packed with fun-filled activities, including supervised open gym, holiday games, festive crafts, and obstacle courses. Kids will stay active, engaged, and full of holiday cheer from start to finish!

We’ll also keep them fueled with snacks, pizza, drinks, and dessert—all included—so you don’t have to worry about dinner plans.

Parents get four full hours to themselves… and kids get a magical, high-energy night they’ll be talking about all season.

Twin Falls Training Center offers recreational and competitive gymnastics as well as Ninja, birthday parties, toddler classes and open gyms. TFTC employs best practices to deliver our students the highest quality training whether they are beginners or competitive gymnasts. Our coaches are trained and fully certified through USA Gymnastics.

Our competitive program is designed for the most advanced gymnasts who are dedicated to pursuing a competitive career. We offer team training in both the Xcel and Developmental Program, providing a comprehensive path for athletes looking to excel.

Our team members train together for several hours each week in a supportive, encouraging environment. In just three short years, our gym has earned two state championships and has been nominated for Excel Gym of the Year, showcasing the incredible talent and dedication of our athletes.

In addition to rigorous training, we prioritize team building and fun. Our gymnasts bond through activities like sleepovers, team dinners, dance parties, and fundraisers throughout the year, creating lasting friendships and a strong sense of community.
